Inter-Squad Meet!
September 6 @ 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Get hyped for the inter-squad meet on Friday the 6th! We will be doing some time trials and practice dives to get ready for the season! The divers will do 3 dives where we will practice how they will be announced, a bit of ‘judging’, and where we can show our team spirit practicing our clap and cheers during the diving events. We will then do some swim time trials where each girl will race in 3 events. This is a good opportunity to see where we are in our training, practice our speedy starts, turns, and finishes, and get extra feedback from the coaches. Finally, we welcome any parents that are around to cheer loud and help out with timing. They are welcome any time from 3:40 pm on; the direct door access to the pool will be open (down the outside stairs). Swim fast and have fun!
